Description

House DA5141401A is a functional and simple design with a modern twist. The advantage of the design is ergonomically laid out plan of the rooms and the large glazing, which add a tonne of lightness and provide a bright and open Interior and keep the whole form factor small and affordable to construct. Each apartment has very good thermal parameters – is energy efficient and inexpensive to maintain. Half of the units come with a provision for a charcoal stove exterior platform.

The building was designed as comfort design, equipped with water heaters and flat roof able to accommodate a solar system or laundry activities. The project can provide for mechanical ventilation.The project can be extended to accommodate another apartment on top of the shorter wing at any time in the future. A one bedroom caretakers suite is included on the ground floor whose functionality and design can be adjusted to fit the clients preference.
