Second floor has the three bedroom apartment. 3 parking spaces, garbage bin corner, outdoor seating area, stairs and elevator access on the ground floor.

• Ground Floor Area = 114sqm/1227sqft
• Apartment Layout 01 Area = 28sqm/301sqft
• Apartment Layout 02 Area = 57sqm/614sqft
• Apartment Layout 03 Area = 86sqm/926sqft
• Rooftop Terrace Area = 86sqm/926sqft
• Water tank Terrace Area = 11sqm/118sqft

First Floor:

• 2 Apartments each with the Apartment Layout 01 and Apartment Layout 02 description as below
• APARTMENT LAYOUT 01 (Single Bedroom Apartment)
  • A living room and kitchen all in an open play layout.
  • 1 bedroom, large enough for 2 occupants, with wardrobes
  • 1 common bathroom for use by all occupants
  • There is no corridor so the whole house is filled with natural light.
• APARTMENT LAYOUT 02 (Doubled Bedroom Apartment)
  • Living room, dining room and kitchen all in an open play layout.
  • 2 bedrooms, each large enough for 2 occupants, with wardrobes
  • 1 Common bathroom for kid’s bedroom and house guests
  • Bathroom for the master bedroom

Second Floor:

  • APARTMENT LAYOUT 03 (Triple Bedroom Apartment)
    • A living room, dining room and kitchen all in an open play layout.

    • Bathroom for the master bedroom

Third Floor:

• Rooftop terrace access (the rooftop can be adapted as a flat roof with activity such as gardening, laundry or patio)
