Vanessa’s storied home is a development in Wakiso Uganda with two floor on a 50ft by 100ft plot.

The design accommodates two parking slots. This project has a steep terrain which translated into a retaining wall in front of the main entrance. The main access to house is on the ground floor and has a large window to allow in enough natural light, a living room, dining room and an open plan kitchen with a pantry.

The design has two bedrooms self-contained and a guest toilet and space for a winery.

The first floor also accommodates a caretaker’s house self-contained.

The first floor accommodates a master bedroom ensuite with a master balcony giving a very good view sorrounding hill a large door and a large window , the terrace has a number of amenities that is a swimming pool, a gym, an outside lounge and pool side seats.

The water tanks are accommodated on the top of the first floor.
