The design is a simple modern 4 apartment block with a penthouse and a basement parking. The ground floor has a basement parking with 5 parking slots.

The first and second floor are typical and have two apartments, the first bedroom utilizes a common bathroom shared with the guests and the second bedroom is self-contained and hallway that separates the apartments.

The roof top is utilized for water tanks for easy water supply.

The main access to the house is form the stair case to the lounge with sliding door large enough for proper aeration and good lighting. Each apartment has an open plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen

The Penthouse has 3 Bedrooms, the Master and second bedrooms are self-contained and Common Wash room for guests and bedroom 1 . The penthouse also has an open plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen.
