This design is a bungalow development in Uganda, designed to accommodate two units. The design is seated on a 15m by 30m lot within an eco friendly environment. It is located in the suburbs of Kampala. The design has two blocks.

The ground floor has 3 parking slots with good lighting. The first block has two one bedroom units typical, with an open kitchen concept, a living room and a dining room. The main access to the house has a very large door to bring natural light into the living room.

The compound has an eco friendly environment to give the surrounding a calm feel. The bedroom is self-contained with a shower, hand wash sink and a toilet.

The second block has two bedrooms a master bedroom and a second bedroom, with an open kitchen concept, a living room and a dining room. The master bedroom is self-contained with a shower, hand wash sink and a toilet

The rooftop is open to support water tanks, solar panels.
