The design is for a 6 apartment block with a Penthouse, designed for a client in the suburbs of Ghana. The ground floor has parking space and ensuite caretaker’s room. The first to the fifth floor are 6 typical Apartments
Each floor has a one bedroom apartment and a two bedroom apartment with an open kitchen concept a living room and a dining room. There are two balconies, one accessed through the living room and the other at the back accessed through the master bedroom. Access into the house is from dining room.

The penthouse has 3 bedrooms each selfcontained with an open kitchen concept and a large living room with a large door and window for good lighting and good natural air conditioning.There is a large multipurpose room which can be used as an office and an out door area for a lounge and parties and also a safe place for kinds to play. The design has a hidden roof with space for water tanks and solar panel system.
The design is seated on 21m by 43m . The design fits the National Building Code considered by Ghana and is affordable.
