The design is for 10 door hotel block. There are two different layouts for the rooms spread out on the ground and first floor. The top floor houses a 50 person resstaurant with indoor and out door seating. There is also a kitchen with staff seating, bathroom and guest toilets

Each bedroom is has its own bathroom with a WC, shower and wash hand basin. 2 of the 10 bedrooms include a separate lounge area with a kitchenette.

The land is approx. 15m by 30m with direct access to a road. The brief from the client was to have 10 rooms, each ensuite. Green space on the ground floor and atleast two sets of stairs. The design also required large windows and doors, balconies on every room to take in the views surrounding the hotel gardens.
