Orville’s design is a development in Ethiopia ,designed to accommodate 6 apartments . The design is seated on a 12.5m by 20m lot within an eco friendly environment. It is located in the suburbs of Ethiopia.

The ground floor has am ample parking space with good lighting. The first, second and third floor are 6 typical Apartments , Each floor has a two bedroom apartment with an open kitchen concept , a living room and a dining room and a balcony accessed through the dinning room.

The main access to the apartment has a very large door to bring natural light into the living room. The compound has an eco friendly environment to give the surrounding a calm feel.

The master bedroom is self-contained with a bath tub, hand wash sink and a toilet , the second bathroom is shared by the guest and bedroom 2.

The rooftop is open to support water tanks , solar panels ,solar energy is one of the cost saving techniques considered for low cost development.
