The Julius’ Apartment block is the smallest land we have ever been commissioned to design for. The site is located in a dance neighbourhood with homes surrounding and a narrow access road. The brief was simple, maximize the potential of the lot.
The apartment has 4 levels, the ground floor is the parking space, large for 3 regular sized vehicle and the waste management system.
There are two apartments, each sitting on a floor. Each apartment is 55sqm/ 590sqft and has two bedrooms.
The living room and kitchen are in an open plan layout with the kitchen tacked behind the staircase.
Each bedroom is 10.6 sqm/ 114sqft. There is a shared bathroom accessing through the living room open plan area.
The rooftop is accessible and ideal for laundry, water storage and as an outdoor space.
