We named this project Hotel Extension, involving addition of 10 rooms on two floors. The rooms are more luxurious than the existing including a lounge, ensuite, walk-in-closet, kitchenette and a balcony. The spacious room is 43sqm (463sqft) of pure luxury and comfort.

The sitting room area includes and entertainment system and is 12sqm (130sqft), the sleeping area is 12sqm (130sqft), the walk-in-closet and kitchenette is 10sqm (110sqft), the bathroom is 6.3sqm (68sqft) and a 9sqm (97sqft) balcony.

The area occupied is 53m (570ft) by 17m (183ft) space on the hotel land overlooking the Rokel river on one side and the leafy hotel gardens on the other size give the guest a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The blocks sit on just 900sqm of the 7 acre development lot.

The 10 rooms are on two blocks with staircases between them and other the extreme sides.
