This residential home design is for a comfortable 4 bedroom house situated in Mukono, Uganda. The house sits on a 50×100 lot with 3 car parking space, an firewood kitchen, pit latrine and large compound.
The bungalow comes with 3 access doors, through the front balcony into the living room, through a side balcony that is private for the master bedroom and through the back balcony at the kitchen.
The living room, dining and kitchen are in an open plan layout with a green space next to the shared bathroom and toilet.
The two kids bedrooms, each (11sqm/ 118sqft) have closets and large windows. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which has a WC, shower and wash hand basin. This bathroom and toilet is also accessible for guests.
The master bedroom, which is (16sqm/ 170sqft) has a separate Walk-Through-Closet, bathroom with a bath tub and a private balcony.
Through the back of the house is the maid’s bedroom which has its own bathroom, a firewood kitchen and a store room. There is a two stance pit latrine as a separate build.
