Darcy’s design was an architectural design developed to accommodate 8 apartments for a development in Burundi, Africa. The design is seated on a 50ft by 70ft (15m by 21m) lot within an eco friendly environment. It is located in the suburbs of Burundi.
The roof top can be transformed to accommodate a terrace for use as a secure play area for kids, a parties terrace or laundry area. There is also a provision for natural energy systems like solar energy.

The apartment floor plans are great for people looking for a comfortable home that is affordable and easy to maintain with sufficient space for bedrooms, work areas, a kitchen area and living room.
The apartment has got stair and elevator access from the ground floor to the 5th floor. There are 8 apartments of 2 bedrooms and 2 and half baths.
The ground floor can accomodate a security/ custodian office with an attached toilet. There is parking for 6 vehicles.
