The design is for a 6 apartment block with a Penthouse. The ground floor has an ample parking space and 3 2-Bedroom Apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor typical on both floors. Each floor has an open kitchen concept, a living room and dining room with large windows which provide very good lighting and a balcony facing the parking giving the building a very good view.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a WC, shower and wash hand basin then a common bathroom for the guests and also utilized by the second bedroom.
The land is approx. 100ft by 100ft with direct access to a road. The main interest from the client was to have a luxurious and affordable design ,eco friendly with a cozy and warm feeling for her tenants.

The design also has a Penthouse with 2 bedrooms and an ensuite master bedroom, a terrace spacious enough to accommodate an outdoor kitchen, lounge, dining area. jacuzzi and more space to host parties and very secure kid’s play area.
