Carter Luxury Lifestyle design was an architectural design developed to accommodate 12 apartments for a development in Cockburn Town, Turks and Caicos. The design occupies a 100ft by 230ft ground floor are in a built-up suburb. The designed included 2 similar blocks sitting on a 70m X 100m lot (1.7 acres).
There are two main entrance into the building, each accessing 6 apartments spread out on three floor.
Each apartment has an open plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen. There are four balconies, one accessed through the living room and the others through each bedroom.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a WC, shower and wash hand basin. There is a guest toilet (WC and wash hand basin) accessed through the corridor off the dining area.
The land is approx. 70m by 100m with direct access to 2 roads. The brief from the client was to have 12 apartments, each with three bedrooms and all ensuite. Green space on the ground floor between the two block and atleast one parking space for each apartment.
The design also includes windows from all sides to take in the views surrounding the development.
